1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by the bk8link platform, you hereby agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member" or "You") and bk8link ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). This agreement covers all aspects of platform use including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gaming, bonuses, promotions and fair use policies.

2. User Eligibility

- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

- You have not previously been suspended or banned from using bk8link services
- You are not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity
By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current. bk8link reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and may close your account if you fail to meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Account Registration
Each user is allowed to register ONE account only on the bk8link platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any winnings and bonuses.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate information, including:
- Full name (as shown on your identity card or passport)
- A valid and active mobile phone number
- A valid and accessible email address
- Bank or e-wallet details for transaction purposes
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You agree to:
- Do not share your account password with anyone
- Notify bk8link immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization
- Using a strong password and changing it regularly
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device
Bk8link shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if such losses result from your failure to maintain the security of your own account.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Bk8link reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is suspected. Documents that may be required include:
- Copy of identity card (MyKad) or passport
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Selfie holding your identity card
- Proof of bank account or digital wallet ownership
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Bk8link supports multiple deposit methods including FPX, online banking, bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and other digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method.
All deposits are instant or processed within minutes. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for members who have completed the KYC process. Withdrawal conditions include:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for most methods
- You must have fulfilled the turnover requirement if a bonus was received

5. Bonuses and Promotions
Bk8link offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that must be read and followed. General bonus terms include:
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated
- Members must meet the turnover (rolling) requirement before withdrawing bonus funds
- Turnover requirements vary depending on the type of bonus and the games played
- Your bonus will be forfeited if you make a withdrawal before meeting the turnover requirement
- Bk8link reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse or fraud is suspected
- Bonuses are non-transferable to other accounts
Members suspected of abusing the bonus system (e.g. arbitrage betting, pattern betting, or colluding with other members) will face action including bonus and wins forfeiture and account closure.
6. Game Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games on the bk8link platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and impartiality. Every game outcome is random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
Bk8link reserves the right to investigate any suspicious gaming activity and void any winnings obtained through unfair means or in violation of the terms of use.
6.2 Wagering Rules
- All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled
- In the event of conflicting information, the official decision from the game provider is final
- Bk8link reserves the right to void bets if a technical error or clearly incorrect odds are detected
- Maximum and minimum betting limits vary by game type and your VIP status
6.3 Technical Disruptions
In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or network issue during gameplay, bk8link will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly. If a game round is interrupted before completion, your wager will be refunded unless the outcome was already determined before the disruption occurred.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities:
- Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit the platform, games, or bonus system
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Software Usage: Using bots, automation software, plugins, or other tools to gain an unauthorized advantage
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance in your account (after fulfilling any applicable turnover requirements) will be returned to you.
8.2 Termination by BK8Link
Bk8link reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time without prior notice if:
- You have violated any of the stipulated terms and conditions
- We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
- You provided false information during registration
- You have failed to complete the identity verification (KYC) process
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
In the event of termination due to a terms violation, bk8link reserves the right to withhold all wins and bonuses, and will only return the original deposit if deemed appropriate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, bk8link shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use our services
